DISA with partnership of the Stromme Foundation began a microfinance component called Innovative Loan Fund Facility (ILFF). The ILFF programme’s objective is to create job opportunities for people from different communities with an aim to do their own business such as agro-based farming, cultivation of any crops, jamdani and handloom project. The size of an ILFF loan can range from BDT 5,000 to 300,000 per loan and as of April 2024, the loan outstanding is BDT 0.91 million to 36 borrowers.
