On 14 September 2025, an event organized by DISA was attended by Md. Saidur Rahman Khan, Director General of the Department of Social Services, as the Chief Guest, and Ms. Ayesha Akter, Director of the Divisional Social Services Office, Dhaka, as the Special Guest. During their visit, they toured DISA’s Aloghar Library and Publication activities, the technical training programs of DIST, and Matribhumi Fashion. Subsequently, at the DISA Training Center, certificates were awarded to 10 trainees who successfully completed the caregiving training, and scholarships were distributed among 24 underprivileged meritorious students. The program also highlighted various social initiatives implemented with funding support from the Bangladesh National Social Welfare Council.
