The Water Credit Adoption Project is run by DISA in collaboration with InM and Water.org provides lower income households with access to smaller loans as a solution for affordable financing and to help them implement water and sanitation solutions. This component of microfinance serves the underprivileged communities with the installation of hygienic latrines and safe drinking water. The Water Credit Adoption is available in all 102 branches of DISA microfinance offices. As of March 2024, the loan outstanding is BDT 82.68 million with 3,953 borrowers.
