Aloghar is the most cutting-edge and distinctive community library ever created by DISA. It serves as a center of excellence for knowledge and information for the youth. The primary slogans of ALOGHAR are "Enlightened Bangladesh '' and "Book Fair Every Day, One Book for Each Day,". Everyday activities at ALOGHAR are conducted in accordance with the two mentioned slogans. It is an initiative to raise public awareness of the need for holistic social development via education, information, and library services. DISA created and executed the community library, where all services are provided without charge. Currently, two ALOGHARs are open six days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Saturday through Thursday): Aloghar- Pallabi in Dhaka and Aloghar- Chandina in Cumilla. Under the management of Aloghar, a publishing institution founded in 2014 and a nursery founded in 2017 and are being run with the goal of making it self-sufficient.
